On the afternoon of May 27^th, 2022, the Taiwan-Vietnam Environmental Protection Overseas Science and Technology Innovation Center held an online forum and achievement presentation, inviting Taiwan-Vietnam research scholars and industry representative – Formosa Plastics to participate and also invited prof. Hsu Hui-Huang, counselor of the Science and Technology Division, TECO in Vietnam, to give an opening speech. The first session was "Development of Low-Carbon Energy Technology", the second session was "Emerging Pollutants in Water Pollution" and the third session was the sharing of the center's collaborative research results. This year, there were ten sub-projects of cooperation, and a group of research teams was recommended by YunTech and VNUHCM-US to share.

The event adopted an online video and a total of 41 people participated online and on-site. The participants included Formosa Plastics, the Environmental Protection Bureau of Yunlin County Government, VNUHCM-US scholars, partners Chung Hsing University and North Central Taiwan Scientific Research Industrialization Platform, YunTech scholars etc., to promote studies on environmental protection technology issues between Taiwan and Vietnam.
