In 2022, TVEPOC continue bilateral exchanges between Taiwan and Vietnam and match the research topics from the teams.
Among them, the research team of prof. Kuo, Chao-Yin, with the theme of "Combustion behavior evaluation of betel nut charcoal and its products", discussed further cooperation methods with prof. To Thi Hien, prof. also shared the use and application of betel nut in Vietnamese culture and discussed that the future cooperation can use the advanced instrumentation of YunTech to cooperate in the analysis of experimental materials from Vietnam.
In addition, the new match research team is prof. Chen, Ching-Ju from YunTech and Dr. Tran Cong Thanh from VNUHCM-US. The research theme is the application of drones for environmental sensing, and they discuss that in the future when the impact of the epidemic is reduced, the YunTech team can be planned to go to Ho Chi Minh City, carry out the actual test flight of drones and collect relevant environmental data for cooperative analysis.
