The Net-zero Carbon Emissions Industry forum was held at the Office of Industry-Academia Cooperation 7th floor of YunTech. The forum was divided into 3 sections: First part was introduced by the Science and Technology Law department, prof. Wang Fu-Ching, from the perspective of environmental law, shared environmental protection-related regulations with enterprises. In the second part, prof. Terng-Jou Wan from Safety Health and Environmental Engineering started from the practice of smart energy-saving and shared the implementation experience of the specific effects of carbon reduction from YunTech with enterprises. The last part was from Formosa Plastics Group General Manager Office, Vice-president Huang Yi-Quan, who shared how Formosa Plastics Group has transformed from a large carbon emitter to a green enterprise.

This event shows the professional knowledge and expertise of YunTech's scholars in net-zero carbon emissions. It is expected that facing the wave of carbon reduction in the world, Industry-Government-Academia will work together to provide a comprehensive response project.
