Understanding Vietnamese culture and environmental protection educational exchanges from Vietnamese cuisine!
TVEPOC invites Lecturer Nguyen Thanh Tam, and other Vietnamese students to share the cuisine with YunTech professors and students, and introduce Vietnamese environmental education and culture.
There are classic Vietnamese cuisines like spring rolls, barbecued rice noodles and pancake during the activity, using banana leaves and orange peels for plating, to reduce plastic utensils and publicize the core of the center for environmental protection.
